MMMQuilts is an award winning group of quilters
who are volunteering their time and talents to making lap quilts
to warm the hearts and souls as well as the body of cancer patients.

Cancer is a difficult disease that changes the lives of those
afflicted with it and the lives of their loved ones as well.

Our initial project was to raise consciousness and funding for
the AIDS WALK Los Angeles. We have since branched to other charities
which include local schools, churches, Rotary International,
Claretian Ministry, and last but not least, Breast Cancer.

We have raised approximately $10,000 for various charities
without any outside funding.

We want you to know that you are loved by people that you might
never have a chance to meet. We would like to provide you with
a handmade quilt to keep you warm as receive your treatments.

"Pat of Love Quilts" was organized as a tribute of
Pat Keating and is meant to be a living memorial to all who have
lost the battle to cancer and most especially to those who are
still fighting.

"Pat of Love Quilts" are currently being gifted to
cancer patients at Saint John's Hospital in Santa Monica, California

If you or someone you know is currently in treatment and wishes
to receive a lap quilt, please contact us with your request
at: mmmquilts@yahoo.com.
All we ask in return is a modest fee of $8.00 to cover
the cost of shipping the quilt to you.

We know first hand of the pain that cancer can cause.
We know the people we love who have lost to cancer will
be looking out from heaven giving us a thumbs-up for this
caring gesture.
